Accepting the terms
By accessing or using Radius, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Radius. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Radius reserves the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor.
User Responsibilities
1.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Radius for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage the app, the services, or the general business of Radius.
1.3 Content Accuracy
You represent that any information you provide through the app is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
1.4 User Conduct
You agree not to use Radius to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or harm other users in any way. Hate speech, sexual harassment, violence, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
1.5 Meetup Safety
Radius facilitates connections between users but is not responsible for what occurs during in-person meetups. Users choose to meet others entirely at their own risk. Radius strongly encourages users to meet in public places, use the in-app emergency system, and inform a trusted person before meeting someone new.
1.6 Meetup Disclaimer
Any meetup arrangements made through the app are solely between the users involved. Radius is not a party to any in-person interaction and bears no responsibility for the actions or conduct of its users outside the app.
Reporting & Moderation
Users may report inappropriate behavior through the in-app reporting system. Radius will review reports and take action at its sole discretion, including but not limited to account suspension or permanent termination. Radius is not obligated to monitor all user activity but will act on reports made in good faith.
Intellectual Property
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Eddie and Radius. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Respect the craft. Unauthorized duplication of app assets is strictly prohibited.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Radius, nor its developer Eddie, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service or any in-person interactions facilitated through the app.
Section 230 Notice
Radius is an interactive computer service as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230. Radius is not the publisher or speaker of any user-generated content and is not liable for content posted or actions taken by users of the platform.
"As Is" Disclaimer
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
